Refund and Return Policy

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final.

Once a digital product has been purchased and the download link has been delivered, no refunds, returns, or exchanges will be provided. This includes situations where the purchaser decides the product is no longer required or was purchased in error.

Refunds will only be considered in the following limited circumstances:

• The digital file is corrupted or inaccessible, and

• We are unable to provide a functional replacement file within a reasonable timeframe.

If you experience a technical issue accessing your download, please contact us at greg.rae@realtimerisk.com.au with your order details, and we will work to resolve the issue promptly.

This policy does not affect your rights under applicable Australian consumer law where those rights cannot be excluded.
